서비스 약관
이 약관은 료카트립 운영자(이하 "운영자")가 운영하는 링크 페이지와 인스타그램 댓글 자동응답 DM(이하 "서비스")을 이용하는 조건을 정합니다.
1. 서비스 내용
- 링크 페이지: 료카트립 인스타그램에 소개한 숙소·놀거리의 링크를 모아 보여 줍니다.
- 댓글 자동응답 DM: 료카트립 게시물에 댓글을 단 분께 DM으로 인사와 팔로우 확인 버튼을 보내고, 버튼을 누른 분이 료카트립을 팔로우하면 그 게시물의 숙소·놀거리 링크를 DM으로 보냅니다. 댓글에는 공개 답글을 달 수 있습니다.
- 광고 고지: 링크 페이지와 DM의 링크에는 쿠팡 파트너스 광고 링크가 들어 있으며, 운영자는 이 링크를 통한 구매에 대해 쿠팡에서 수수료를 받습니다. DM 링크 카드에는 "이 게시물은 쿠팡 파트너스 활동의 일환으로, 이에 따른 일정액의 수수료를 제공받습니다.", 링크 페이지에는 같은 뜻의 문구를 표시합니다.
2. 이용 요금
- 서비스는 무료입니다. 링크로 이동한 사이트에서의 예약·구매 대금은 그 사이트에 냅니다.
3. 이용자 의무
- 법령과 인스타그램 이용약관을 지켜 주세요.
- 자동화 도구로 댓글이나 버튼을 반복해 서비스에 부담을 주거나, 다른 사람을 사칭하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해하지 않아야 합니다.
- 이를 어기면 운영자는 그 계정을 인스타그램에서 차단할 수 있습니다.
4. 정보의 정확성과 면책
- 숙소·놀거리 소개는 게시 당시 판매 페이지에 적힌 내용을 바탕으로 하며, 가격·시설·운영 여부는 바뀔 수 있습니다. 예약 전에 해당 판매 페이지에서 확인해 주세요.
- 링크로 이동한 외부 사이트(쿠팡 등)의 상품 정보, 숙소 예약·결제·취소·환불, 숙소와 놀거리의 이용은 해당 사업자가 책임집니다. 운영자는 그 거래의 당사자가 아닙니다.
- 인스타그램(Meta)이나 호스팅 업체의 장애·정책 변경으로 DM이 늦거나 가지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 이 조항으로 면제되지 않습니다.
5. 서비스 변경·중단
- 운영자는 서비스의 내용을 바꾸거나 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 중요한 변경이나 중단은 가능한 한 미리 이 페이지나 인스타그램 @ryoka.trip에 알립니다.
6. 개인정보
- 서비스가 처리하는 정보와 삭제 방법은 개인정보 처리방침과 데이터 삭제 안내를 따릅니다.
7. 준거법과 분쟁
- 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service (English version)
These terms set the conditions for using the link page and the Instagram comment auto-reply DM service (the "Service") run by the Ryokatrip operator (the "Operator").
1. The Service
- Link page: shows links to the accommodations and activities introduced on the Ryokatrip Instagram account.
- Comment auto-reply DM: when you comment on a Ryokatrip post, we send you a DM with a greeting and a follow-check button; if you tap the button and follow @ryoka.trip, we send the accommodation or activity link for that post by DM. We may also post a public reply to your comment.
- Advertising disclosure: links on the link page and in DMs include Coupang Partners affiliate (advertising) links. The Operator receives a commission from Coupang on purchases made through these links, and this is disclosed on each DM link card and on the link page.
2. Fees
- The Service is free. Payments for bookings or purchases are made to the site you visit through the link.
3. Your obligations
- Please follow applicable laws and the Instagram Terms of Use.
- Do not overload the Service by repeating comments or button taps with automated tools, impersonate others, or interfere with the Service.
- If you do, the Operator may block that account on Instagram.
4. Accuracy and disclaimer
- Introductions of accommodations and activities are based on the seller's product page at the time of posting; prices, facilities, and availability may change. Please check the seller's page before booking.
- Product information on external sites (such as Coupang) and the booking, payment, cancellation, refund, and use of accommodations and activities are the responsibility of the respective business. The Operator is not a party to those transactions.
- DMs may be delayed or not delivered due to outages or policy changes at Instagram (Meta) or our hosting providers.
- However, this section does not exclude liability for damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
5. Changes and suspension
- The Operator may change the Service or suspend part or all of it.
- Where possible, significant changes or suspension will be announced in advance on this page or on Instagram @ryoka.trip.
6. Privacy
- The information the Service processes and how to delete it are described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
