데이터 삭제 안내
료카트립이 인스타그램 댓글 자동응답을 운영하며 보관하는 내 정보를 지우는 방법입니다.
1. 삭제 대상
- 료카트립이 보관하는 정보는 중복 방지 기록뿐입니다. 같은 분께 같은 게시물의 인사·링크를 두 번 보내지 않도록 남기는 사용자 ID(IGSID), 게시물 ID, 링크(블록) ID, 보낸 종류(인사·링크), 기록 시각이며, Supabase 데이터베이스(서울 리전)에 있습니다.
- 사용자 이름·댓글 내용·댓글 ID·팔로우 여부는 저장하지 않으므로 지울 기록이 없습니다.
- 호스팅 업체 Vercel의 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)은 료카트립이 하나씩 지울 수 없어 Vercel이 정한 보관 기간이 지나면 지워집니다.
- 중복 방지 기록은 90일 동안 보관합니다. 90일이 지난 기록은 자동응답 서버가 댓글·버튼 알림을 처리하는 동안 지웁니다(서버마다 최대 한 시간에 한 번). 그사이 알림이 없거나 정리가 미뤄지면 90일보다 조금 더 남을 수 있습니다.
2. 요청 방법
- 지우려는 인스타그램 계정으로 @ryoka.trip에 "데이터 삭제 요청"이라고 DM을 보내 주세요.
- 료카트립은 DM을 보낸 계정의 사용자 ID로 기록을 찾으므로 다른 정보(이름·전화번호·이메일)는 필요 없습니다.
3. 처리 기한
- 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 그 계정의 중복 방지 기록을 데이터베이스에서 지웁니다.
4. 확인 방법
- 요청 DM을 받으면 같은 대화로 접수했다고 답하고, 삭제를 마치면 같은 DM 대화로 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다.
- 10일이 지나도 답이 없으면 같은 대화로 다시 문의해 주세요.
- 기록을 지운 뒤 다시 댓글을 다시면 인사 DM이 다시 갈 수 있습니다.
5. Meta(인스타그램)가 보관하는 정보
- 댓글, DM 대화, 계정 정보는 Meta(인스타그램)가 보관합니다.
- 내가 단 댓글은 직접 지우실 수 있고, DM 대화를 삭제하면 내 쪽에서 지워집니다. 료카트립 쪽 대화와 료카트립 게시물에 남은 댓글도 지우길 원하시면 삭제 요청 DM에 함께 적어 주세요. 료카트립이 인스타그램에서 지웁니다.
- 그 밖의 정보는 인스타그램 앱의 설정(계정 센터)에서 내려받거나 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
Data Deletion Instructions (English version)
How to delete the information Ryokatrip (@ryoka.trip) keeps while running its Instagram comment auto-reply service.
1. What we delete
- The only information we keep is the duplicate-prevention record: the Instagram-scoped user ID (IGSID), media (post) ID, link (block) ID, type of message sent (greeting or link), and time of recording, kept so that we never send the same greeting or link for the same post to the same person twice. It is stored in a Supabase database (Seoul region).
- We do not store usernames, comment text, comment IDs, or follow status, so there is no record of those to delete.
- Access logs (such as IP addresses) kept by our hosting provider Vercel cannot be deleted one by one by us; Vercel deletes them after its retention period.
- Even without a request, duplicate-prevention records are kept for 90 days. Records older than 90 days are deleted while the auto-reply server processes comment or button notifications (at most once an hour per server instance). If no notification arrives or the cleanup is postponed, a record may remain slightly longer than 90 days.
2. How to request
- From the Instagram account whose data you want deleted, send a DM saying "Data deletion request" to @ryoka.trip.
- We find the record by the user ID of the account that sent the DM, so no other information (name, phone number, email) is needed.
3. Deadline
- Within 10 days of receiving the request, we delete that account's duplicate-prevention record from the database.
4. How to confirm
- We reply in the same DM conversation when we receive your request, and tell you the result in the same DM conversation when deletion is complete.
- If you have not heard back after 10 days, please ask again in the same conversation.
- If you comment again after deletion, you may receive the greeting DM again.
5. Data held by Meta (Instagram)
- Comments, DM conversations, and account information are kept by Meta (Instagram).
- You can delete your own comments, and deleting the DM conversation removes it from your side. If you also want us to delete our side of the conversation and your comments on our posts, say so in your deletion request DM and we will delete them in Instagram.
- For other information, you can download it or request deletion in the Instagram app settings (Accounts Center).
